Step 1: Site Selection

We can provide professional feedback at the crucial stage of you choosing the right site to buy, to ensure the site you chose to invest in is perfect and fits your purpose correctly. Natural factors and local authority planning aspects can affect the perimeters of the design on various sites

Step 3: Detailed Documentation

With the design finalised, we now move onto the technical details that is required by the council for the Building or Resource Consent Lodgment. This is the stage we involve the sub-contractors' design as required

Step 5: Construction

We are always available to answer or come and visit any onsite queries that may arise and provide additional consultation, design or documentation during the construction stage at site

Step 2: Architectural Design

This is concept design stage. With the brief provided by you, we draw your views onto the paper. providing you with various possibilities of design through Floor Plans, Elevations, 3D views are all provided during this stage in relation to your site. 

Step 4: Building or/and Resource Consent

After the completion of the detailed drawings, we move onto compiling these highly-detailed technical drawings and supporting documents for the consent submission to the local council authority. 

Licensed Building Practitioner

Concrete Texture

In 2007 the New Zealand Department of Housing and Building brought in the Licensed Building Practitioner Scheme. This is to ensure that the design and construction of all buildings in New Zealand is being done by those technically competent in their licensed field. We have held a Licensed Building Practitioner License since 2008. This license became mandatory from 1 March, 2012
